Re: Cat Food
Anything that's high in meat and low in additives will be good. Hi Life pouches would be great, and they're easy to get hold of at Tesco/Waitrose etc. Others to try are Applaws (kitten formula), Bozita and Porta21. All available at Zooplus online.
Meat only has approx. 28-30% protein, which I would consider low. So go for high meat content foods such as those I've listed above. Avoid any cheap brands as they often contain added salt and also vegetable protein sources, which not only is almost impossible to eat for a cat, it also increases the amount of protein in the food.

Re: Cat Food
Just don't feed applaws on it's own as it isn't a complete food, mix and mtch it with some of the other high meat foods.

Re: Cat Food
Yeah, a lot of people think so, while in fact meat is mostly water and roughly 30% protein. Which means that if you fed your cats an all-meat diet (like I do with mine, search raw feeding if interested) they still wouldn't get more than 30% protein in their food.
Is there a particular reason for why you want a low protein diet for your cats?
