Tabby Cat 12 Months old Not sure if this is a health problem

I have a young cat, who is currently 12 months old. I have had no health problems with her since about 2 months ago.

Every three to four weeks she goes through a stage of Meiow a lot and crouching a lot and her back legs seem to kick constandly, This continues for about 2 days and then goes , and she seems normal again.

Not sure if this is a heath problem as she seems fine generally in herself she eats and drinks fine, and she uses the litter tray fine.

I thought it could be the fact that she hasn't been neutered?

Any advice or has anyone had this same problem??

you must get your cat spayed!! if she is not spayed or mated you risk serious health problems for you cat and she will get very ill.

i take it she's an indoor cat?

also for scratching put a cat repellant where she scatches the sofa and maybe get another scratch post too.

i have 2 catposts in livin room, 1 in kitchen, 3 in hallway & stairs, and one in my bedroom, i find rubbin in dry catnip more effettive than the spray, have you tried puttin your cat to the post and puttin her paws on it to encourage the right place to scratch, do this every time she goes near your furniture.
