Do you mean lactol kitten milk?
I have handreared dozens of kittens now, so this is what i would do. I would be starting to wean now, so 3/4 small meals a day of mashed wet food with the lactol (kitten milk replacement) added. I would also be offering him his bottle/milk in a saucer inbetween times for the next week or two, including a long feed (bottle) still at night (this is when mum usually settles with them for a feed). As the kitten is handreared, i would still be helping him stimulate his bowels too until he is fully weaned onto solids only. Hope it helps xxxx |
