Unhappy Low potassium, lathargic, swollen glands, not eating properly... HELP!

Bobbin has been in and out the vets many times this weeks, twice in one day at one point. He is lathergic, not eating properly but trying (fish and dried food mainly, not really a wet food lover), vet said he has swollen glands, had a temperature but is now normal (vet thought Bobbin had been in a fight and had caught an infection but he has been ill since killing a bird). Bobbin had a full blood count yesterday - everything came back normal but his potassium was *slightly* low so the vet gave us some electrolites and some hi cal food so syringe feed him with. Last night, after a few doses of electrolites and food, he really perked up, was his normal self, started eating a little more on his own and was desperate to be outside (didnt get a wink of sleep because of him all night). Today he has been back the vets and was given some potassium to inject into his mouth (he has had todays doses). He seemed fine so we let him out (we asked the vet if this was OK) and he was out for around 5 hours but since coming back in he has really gone down hill. He is still trying to eat but is hardly managing anything, he is *extremely* tired and quiet - not himself at all, he isnt even wanting to go outside which isnt like him at all and he is starting to worry us. We are taking him back to the vets tomorrow but would like to know if his behaviour his normal or if anyone has had this kind of experience. Thanks xx

Not sure if it has anything to do with anything but Bobbin also has herpes.
