Unhappy Runny Tummy Please Help

Hi everyone,

We have two 14 week old kittens (from Sellene's litter) one we are keeping (girl) the boy was due to go to his new home last Saturday, but had runny tummy.

Here's the story:- when the kittens were 8 weeks old they got diarrhea and vomiting, took them all (4) to the vet he gave Synulox drops for me to give them for 5 days, they were o.k for 2 days after the Synulox and it started again!! so off to vets again, he gave the same again, this time for 7 days, they were all fine for 1 week after, then the two that are with me now have started again but no vomiting this time, I took them on Sunday to the vet, he changed their diet and gave them Synulox again for 5 days this seamed to work, the poo not so runny, but as soon as we stop useing Synulox they have diarrhea again and not eating as much.

Sorry for the long story, but I dont know what to do anymore I have to take them to the vet again tomorrow!

Has anyone have any suggestions please ?

I feed them 3 times a day ( RC Sensitivity Control ) and they have RC kitten biscuits all day.

Re: Runny Tummy Please Help

Have you tried them on Prokaolin (spelling?!). You could stop giving them any Whiskas/Felix kitten wet food for 24-36 hours and just give them something bland like cooked white fish and rice or cooked chicken and rice and then slowly reintroduce the kitten food.
