Re: Urgent advice cat possibly giving birth

Turns out she has pyometra!!!!! (v.nasty uterine infection) luckily we have found it quickly but looks like she'll have to be spayed. I so wanted to breed her with her beautiful blue eyes! Really really expensive vet bill 70E for 2 injections today and there's no free spaying in my town in Greece even though due to crisis my husbands on the dole. The vet wants 250E to spay her. Argh!!!!!!! I wish they cared more about animals here! It would almost be cheaper to fly her to UK and get her done there.
