Got a pregnant cat with problems

My cat is pregnant i beleive, didnt take her to a vet to check yet but i beleive so because her stomach looks big and saw her with a male couple weeks back, but im not really sure.

This is my cats first time at being pregnant but i feel that something is wrong. She has not eaten anything for the last two days and only drinks water. And also she has vomitted a couple of times already.

Does anyone have any advice on what to do?
Should i take her to the vet or is this normal as this is my first pet cat.

(btw nice forum/commiunity you got here, new and first post)

No it's not normal at all and she wouldn't be visibly pregnant after two weeks. Something is wrong. Take her to the vet.

Re: Got a pregnant cat with problems

just to clarify its more like 5-6 weeks, not two weeks, and a cousin of mine said that cats sometime vomit for several diffrent reasons, but ill take ur advice although my countries vets arent that good with cats.

Anyone else with some insight?

In that case, is it possible that someone else is feeding her?

Re: Got a pregnant cat with problems

I am not the only person that feeds the cat, although i mostly do feed my precious kitty but i am not at home all the time. I have got a maid that regularly comes and feeds the cat on her shift. Do you think that is of any relevance?

Forgot to mention that she is very unlively, doesnt walk around much and just sits around few areas. I have encouraged her to walk and take her out on walks, but she walks very slowly.

Re: Got a pregnant cat with problems

As far as i know the maid is ok with the cat, just feeds her some plain fried fish, not canned food.

Yes but being pregnant your usual tastes can go out the window so maybe ask her to feed her just a light diet whilst your out and see how she goes, and raw red meat is excellent for an expectant queen as it's richness goes straight to the milk and it helps with digestion-at least with our girls and boys it does so maybe for your lady tooOr maybe just leave a complete dried diet for her during the day whilst your not around and keep her in

Thats not good, if you have any city/town nearby - better to find a pet/cat oriented Vet ASAP.
Pregnant healthy cats normally still very playful and lively.
