Re: siamese kitten

If its an inny outy ie not fixed there is always a chance it will disappear as the kitten grows and muscles up. Even if it doesn't there is nothing to worry about.

Re: siamese kitten

yea it can sometimes be in and out depending how he is sitting etc .

This is our first Siamese, we have always had moggies.

He must still be abit shy as he keeps hiding under the bed haha, we only got him yesterday he kept us up all night.

Chris

Re: siamese kitten

Ah bless, its very stressful for them moving home. I am sure he will settle in soon, you will have to post some pictures of him. Beware though, once you have one siamese you can never have another cat, and one is never enough.

Re: siamese kitten

I don't insure mine, but a friend who's cat was being treated for cancer with chemo - all uninsured - wanted to ensure her next cat was insured and asked the specialist treating him who they would recommend. Their answer was Pet Plan as they were the insurers who regularly just paid up without quibbling, which is the most important thing at the end of the day. As specialists all their bills would have been substantial amounts.

Re: siamese kitten

I hope I can put your mind at rest. We had a Siamese with a dropped sternum who lived to the ripe old age of 15. It never caused him any problems, although he didn't like it being touched (so we didn't touch it). It's a common thing with Siamese cats, along with kinks in the tail.
