Has anyone tried the Purely range from pets at home?

It looks good on the meat content front just no idea on how good it is with other things.

Re: yep another food question!!

Ok again just quick.

The biccies are good you say? I know very little about cat nutrition and have been looking at what dry biccies he has been having and the Purely range biccies and comparing but don't know what i am looking for.

Hills Natures Best Feline Adult Cat Food with Chicken 2kg-Adult-Pets at Home: Buy Pet Supplies from our Online UK Pet Shop

What he currently has - not the best food out there but can get local and what he was on with his breeder so stayed with it as he likes.

Purely Adult Complete Cat Food with Chicken 2kg-Adult-Pets at Home: Buy Pet Supplies from our Online UK Pet Shop

Does not look massively different but like i said what do i know!

I feel a trip into Pets at Home coming up....

What do others recommend? Try with the purely range or stick to what he is on?

Re: yep another food question!!

If you really must feed dried biscuits. look for ones with a high meat content and no wheat or corn - but you will find that nearly all of them do have cereal ingredients (some use rice or potato instead of wheat/corn) so they have a high carbohydrate content which is not really suitable for cats.
Feeding wet only, with some raw / cooked meats too, is far healthier for your cat.

If they don't like it, PAH does a 100% refund on this product. So worth a punt. Mine sniffed the wet and walked off, so back that went.
