Its kind of evolved into every day. I used to do it for kittens when they are weaning, but all the adults liked it so much, I did extra for them too, and now there is a riot in the morning if they don't get it. It has to be made with butter as well though, otherwise you get some left. Lashings of butter and its the first thing in their cat buffet to disappear.

I have a lot of cats so 9 - 10 eggs with a large pot of goats yogurt split between 3 dinner plates every morning for breakfast.

Winston LOVES cat milk. He has a bowl maybe once a week as a treat and its lapped up in a matter of seconds. Claude however isn't fussed by it, he'll have a couple of sips and then he's done.

Re: Your views on 'cat milk' ?

thanks hun! thats what mine (well not mine for few weeks!) have and they apparantly adore it too, think will stick to that then, have seen the supermarkets brands and Felix milk, but as Im hoping to gradually move them from Whiskas to Applaws etc and fresh meat, fish etc along with slightly reduced JW dry, I'll leave their milk well alone then! Whiskas it is xx

am very interested in the scambled egg/goat milk or yoghurt idea, may give that a little try too!

Re: Your views on 'cat milk' ?

I have never bought cat milk.. mine are fine drinking water (out of the dogs dish or the loo- never their own dish).
but they do get diluted semi skimmed milk once a week, on tuna day. Lol Friday is the day the dogs and cats get tuna and the dogs get the tuna oil so the cats get milk. Hehe.

Fluffy likes cat milk - he's had Morrison's own and Felix. I don't give it to him every day though, just now and again. He is also partial to the odd bit of cheese as a treat (only v small tasters though!)
