Exclamation kidney failure

been told cats started with kidney failure but with right diet could live another 3 years what should i feed as i have a multicat household all cats over 12

Has your vets recomended a diet? Hills and rc both do prescription diets for kidney failure.
p.s you dont need a prescription to buy them
