Off the top of my head I can't remeber how much taurine is needed per kg - but looks okay.

Re: Renske wet food- anyone heard of it?

In dry matter that would be 60% protein, correct? I'm intrigued because it contains no grains. Everything else appears okay? It seems as if the ingredients info isn't very thorough. I'll have to find out what the price is, either way not very economical for someone like me with multiple cats feeding a lot of wet due to the amount per tin, but might try it if it's as high-quality as they make it to be.

Re: Renske wet food- anyone heard of it?

Hi!

I have heard of it, but do not know much about the cat food. It is a dutch company and my family feeds our dachshund with the dogfood. The company specialises in dogfood, but they also do the cat food as you know. From what I know is it is 100% natural food made with igredieants suitable for human consumption and minimal preservatives. Our dog at home thrives on it and loves the taste of it! Sorry I can't help you more with the cat food, I just got my own two this week and am searching the forum for advice on food for them also (since now they are on felix, which is what they got in their previous home and I'd like to change them to something more natural).

Re: Renske wet food- anyone heard of it?

I am looking at some of the other wet foods I have and the numbers of taurine are MUCH greater - e.g. Power of Nature has 2500mg/kg, Grau 1000mg/kg... I am a bit baffled by these numbers, Renske is labelled complete and yet the taurine content seems very low...?
