New Kitten??
I would like some advice please!!
I have three cats at the moment (2 brothers aged 1.5yrs and a male 7month old kitten). I have had a call from the rescue centre I got them all from saying they have had a huge intake of kittens in the last week and wondered if I would be willing to take another one? I absolutely love cats and would love to take another one but I am not sure if 4 cats would be ok? I live by myself and only have a 2 bed house. The three cats I have at the moment are all outdoor and the 7month old kitten we think is deaf. Does anyone have any advice on this?? This would very much be appreciated. |

Re: New Kitten??
Hi
There is no reason why having 4 cats in that size house would be a problem if they are all out door cats. The only real thing that you need a good think about is if you have the money to care for all 4, a you proberly know you would have to keep up with yearly vaccinations and food costs aswell as maybe boarding costs. you should also think about how stable your situation is right now, whether you might end up moving house in the future and would you be able to take all 4 cats with you. If you decide you cant have another cat but you still really want to help them then you might be in the situation where you could foster some kittens for them or maybe try to find some homes for them by sending people their way instead of buying from breeders. I do hoped this has helped, best of luck, Amy |
