Exclamation 3kg kitten?! OMG!

i think Freddy is actually a tiger - he is now 19 weeks old and weighs 3kg exactly

i've checked with the vets and they've said he is in no way overweight so that's good.

the question is...when is it going to stop?! i could have a maine coon sized beauty on my hands at this rate lol (and i'm talking a big maine coon!)

Re: 3kg kitten?! OMG!

Blake was at least that size at that age! He's barely 8 months now and he's pretty much the biggest cat in the house---I thought it was just fluff making him look big until he was weighed for his neuter. Madness, isn't it?

Re: 3kg kitten?! OMG!

He weighs 3.1kilo and is 6years old.

Poor mite is fighting a long term illness and is on high dose steroids. He needs a bit of pudding to keep him warm lol

don't talk silly - i only posted it coz i had to share my shock at the little porker known as Freddy lol

he's not been 100% this week tbh - little infection. the vet did a blood test and liver function is normal, but she wants to check bloods again next week, as this set showed he may be slightly anaemic, so they want to see how it improves when he's better. clearly his appetite is fine...lol
