so glad it is only bruising, but you know cats they wont do anything if it means it will hurt them, they're not silly

Re: Worried about Rowan :(

He's getting more adventurous tonight!

He loves the hammock in the cat tree - he just got half way up the tree, but the jump to the hammock was too big for him, so I lifted him in and he is now snuggled in his favourite place

But 2 days ago he wouldnt even attempt the tree - so progress is good

Re: Worried about Rowan :(

Soooooooooo glad to read that young Rowan is doing ok, what a huge relief for you that is.

Poor little munchkin-man!!

Have you thought of Arnica to help ease his bruises? You can get the low dose tabs from Holland & Barrett for a few quid.

Big hugs from Moggy Towers.

Re: Worried about Rowan :(

Sometimes, cats are cleverer than we are....
We always need to try 'whether we can do this or that again' after an injury, but cats feel it still hurts or strains too much and leave it till it is healed properly.

Good for you Rowan, take your time to heal and let mummy lift you into your favourite hammock. That's what slaves are for!!!

Re: Worried about Rowan :(

Hes definitely got his appetite back - and if I put a big cushion on the floor he well get on the sofa as its not such a big jump - not that I indulge the munchkins at all....
