IIRC, according to our resident Hobbs the Amazing, as long as treat (incomplete) foods are less than 20% of the total cat's diet, it's OK.
Tinned tuna is fine as long as it's not canned in brine (and god knows why canned in "spring water" can sometimes have MORE sodium than brine!). Canned in oil is better, but can cause runny bums if fed too much (just because too much oil will... er, lubricate the passages too much). Sardine in oil is also a good option.
