Thanks for that.
It is still the same today
The probiotic is that just human yogurt drinks. Or is there something for cats?

The other thing i noticed that he does. He licks us. Never had this before in a cat. Just wondered if he might need a vitamin supplement.
He went to the vets on Thursday so he has had the royal canin gastro intestinal dry food only since Thursday tea time so i will give him a few more days on that.
He is as bright as a button and still full of beans.

Re: Archie has Diarrea.

lol i have two cats that lick one of them kami actually grabs your face to hold you still lol
i give prokolin the vets normally give it to you for bad tummy but you can get it online it basically just gives them the good bacteria cats wouldn't digest yogurt so this is there alternative it comes in a paste i am giving it to my feral fosters at the moment cause they are constantly stressed they have bad tummies

Do you know if prokolin is the same as Diar sanyl. We are giving him Diar sanyl at the moment.
Will have a look online for the prokolin.

Re: Archie has Diarrea.

i think its the same sort of thing tbh how long has he been on it. When kami came she had worms and bad tummy but in the end she needed the prokolin and couldn't eat wet food for some reason she just couldn't digest it, so i had to let her have dry but i know parasites can be in them and the signs are so small we don't see it kami had to have worm paste for a while cause it was so bad poor thing

These parasites sound nasty poor Kami. Is she ok now?

Archie's been on the diar sanyl since Thursday night.
He was wormed by the vet at the same time. Would that get rid of parasites?

Re: Archie has Diarrea.

she was fine after two weeks but had to keep having the paste for those weeks so wasn't impressed she is fine now, she now has a phobia of being pinned though lol

she was on prokolin and pancur it did the job in the end
