Hi,

We have a 1 and half year old male rescue cat, don't know the breed but certainly not pedigree. Since 8 months ago he was diagnosed with a heart murmur, he has since been put on atenolol at a dosage of 1/8 of 25mg every day, the vet says he will be on this medication for the rest of his life.

We're thinking about switching to metoprolol, which is supposed to do the same job. we are just wondering if anyone has done the same? Shall we still administrate the same dosage?
