Smile Green Tripe?

I have been feeding raw for a long time to all my Persian cats.Learnt most of what i know from just reading posts here as this is a great little site for information.I buy in minced chicken and beef as i do not have a mincer/grinder (yet) and add my chunky meat to that. It works for me,may not be to every ones idea.I also feed a grain free kibble as 2 of my cats are not meat eaters of any kind but re acted real bad to the likes of Iams and such. They are now very well settled on what they are on and are both looking the best they have ever looked!
My supplier goofed up on the order as i buy in bulk and i have one box of beef/tripe.Can the tripe be fed to cats on a daily basis.
I have hunted high and low on here but cant find anything about how much is to much.
Thanks for your help

Re: Green Tripe?

No idea, mine won't touch it. I guess cats would only eat a tiny amount of tripe as part of their natural diet but no idea how much is too much.

Oh, welcome to the forum!

Re: Green Tripe?

thanks hobbs. Was hoping it would be you that would answer as you are just a huge book of information and i mean that in a lovely way
I guess i will have to feed this stuff to the dogs as i am a little wary of this being to much tripe for the cats.We did try some but lots of food was left over and this is cats that normally clear there plates extremely fast

and thanks for the welcome.I tend to stay in the background just reading lol
