Re: our kitten
Hi there. There's no mess when a cat comes into season. she will become more affectionate and noisy, will try to get outside at any opportunity - if you don't want her to come back pregnant do not let her out! She will roll around on the floor, lie on her stomach and raise her behind in the air in provocative poses.
If you are not intending to breed the best thing for you and her is to get her spayed - this can be done before she comes into season. Some vets will do it at this age others like to leave it until around 20 weeks. She could come into season any time from around four months so it's best to get her done as soon as you can |

Re: our kitten
Hello! Please Spay your kitty!! My cat has developed mammary cancer, and i've researched that 80-85% of short haired domestic cats will develope mammary cancer if not fixed in their very early life. My cat minew had 2 litters until we spayed her.Not to mention it is MISERABLE for a female cat in heat to be inside, and twice as dangerouse for her to venture outside now a days.Just get her fixed. Not to mention...they may not be messy, but she will give off a smell and drive you up the wall with constant meowing and muttering. Spay,Spay,Spay.I never thought it would happen to my sweet girl.Look it up for yourself about the cancer...Good Luck!!
