Yes they are pretty much the same and both are grain-free. There used to be a difference in terms of meat/offal ratio between the two ranges (Gourmet vs Grain-free, with Gourmet having a slightly higher "meat" content but I *think* that since they tinkered around with their recipe a little prior to the new labelling this has now changed and they are pretty much the same with a 50/50 ratio).
