That's the problem really!! I really don't want to order a lot of online foods and have my cats become dependent on it - what if one day, the computer crashed or the other country's system?? I couldn't just pop to the store and get some Smilla!! And my poor kitties would be wondering why! They seem to love Iams in gravy, though

Re: What do you feed yours on

Mine get Granatapet, Petnatur, Macs and Animonda Carny (though I'm not planning on buying more Carny for a while). I'm just about to try some Catz Finefood, and TigerCat too to see whether I can add this into the rotation. I don't feed dry, but they do VERY occasionally get some whiskas treats just because they love them soooo much.

I also feed either raw chicken wings or parts of a raw poisson on Sunday and some tinned sardines for one of their mid week meals as treats.

Most of my food is ordered from this German website

Floyds Pfotenshop
spid and Kat1703 like this.

Re: What do you feed yours on

My two are on Royal Canin Neutered Male - even though I have one of each! This is purely down to Bay's accident earlier in the year...

He had a 'severe tail pull' injury and it was touch and go for a while as to whether he would ever regain his bowl or bladder function. Luckily time did its job and he's fully recovered (although without a tail now) but Vets suggested he go onto this food because it stops crystal build up in the bladder... and he isn't ever likely to 'fully' empty ever again although it does go very small.

They tell me that his sister is fine to have it as well. So it's Royal Canin Dry during the day, then a meat meal of whiskers in the evening, in gravy (they will eat in jelly but give me a look...) oh and meat only. They turn their nose up at fish.

Not sure if anyone has any other suggestions on a dry food with the same 'anti crystal' thing in, wouldn't want them to get bored but at the same time don't want to feed him anything that may cause any bladder problems.

Thanks!
