Further to my problems with the NI raw mince and after reading other people's posts on the same problems I contacted NI again and filled them in on the details.
After speaking to them they asked me to post contact details here and urge you to contact them if you have ANY problems/concerns with their products.
The lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and she showed a real concern for helping people that have problems.

I informed them that other people are having the same issues as me with the mince and they are at a loss to explain how it could happen,the more people who contact the better it will be in aiding them to track down the problems.
