Re: 2 new kittens, 1 is ill :(

The situation is not impossible, the ill young cat will be all right for many years to come, I've thought of it today. We care about our animals and when we do that, the impossible does not exist. Believe me (and you, and everybody here), "judgement" simply does not exist in our world.

I concur with what has been said before - you have been treated appallingly by the breeder. However you have to deal with the situation as is - agree you should take the kit back to the vet. In the meantime it may be helpful to "steam" him if his breathing is poor - perhaps go in the bathroom with him or put him in a (closed) carrier and put a bowl of hot water with a few drops of Olbas oil infront (but not close enough he could get a paw in it). Also what sort of litter are you using - it is one that may be a little dusty? Wonder if it is worth changing it (gradually) to one less so if that is the case.
Also if you have any plug in air freshners may be as well to unplug them - I know your kit has a virus/cold rather than an allergy but some of these may help him be more comfortable.

I would report the breeder to a breed club if they are a member and/or TICA.

Do keep us updated. At least with you this baby is being cared for and loved.

Re: 2 new kittens, 1 is ill :(

kitty#2 has been more demanding yesterday... cried so much, it's very heart breaking...
I think this is also stressing kitty #1, he pooped/peed outside his tray for the first time
(wrote that this morning)

Update: OH has taken kitty2 back to Breeder, she agree to nurse him better before we pick up kitty2 again.
Apparently out of the same litter kitty2 same from, other kittens also had cold, 1 recovered fully and others are still in the same state as ours.
I hope with this break, kitty1 will be back to normal. so we can formally introduce the 2 to each other.
