ordering online from germany - a little help please!!

I'm trying to place an order from Floyds Pfotenshop for the first time.

I've got the page on google translate. When I add something to the cart it then goes back to german, so I translate again and the items disappear from my cart.

Am I doing something stupid?!

Re: ordering online from germany - a little help please!!

Sorry cannot help - mine keeps translating even when I put stuff in the basket. Are you using google chrome? Hopefully someone else who has had that happened to will come on to advice (I don't usually use the translate function).

Happy shopping though; once you get it sorted!

And haven't seen you on in a while. Hope you are well and that you had a good start to the year.

Re: ordering online from germany - a little help please!!

Hi Hobbs! Hope you're well

A mixture of being crazy busy after being promoted at work, trying to get on with my honours year of the COAPE course, trying to see private behaviour cases, ill health, and frustration with this place has kept me away....I can often be found lurking though when I should be doing something else!!

The cats have decided raw is not for them, they'll eat it for a few days then go off it for a while. They won't eat animonda carny or grau, so i'm trying to find something to feed them other than bozita and hi-life and the odd raw meal.

BUT google has other ideas!! I am using google chrome...hmmm

Re: ordering online from germany - a little help please!!

I had the same problem it doesn't like the google translation when checking out. I had the same problem on Monday when I placed my order, you basically have to go with the flow and not use the translation version. It's fairly obvious what information goes where - at least thats what I did, paid with pay Paypal.

I was really struggling with the translation page so posted on their Facebook page and they said to turn off the translation page - worked first time.

The only trouble with going with the flow is adding more items....I guess if I read first to check what's what then turn off translation and hope for the best! lol.
Thanks

Re: ordering online from germany - a little help please!!

It seemed to keep everything in my basket I had added each time I logged in, it drove me mad for ages, I probably logged in about a dozen times.

I put some of the Macs down or her tonight and she hasn't eaten much of that either, so Botiza and Macs - not looking good.

That's what it seems to be doing for me...

Oh dear Mine will eat Bozita, but they won't eat animonda carny or grau which is why I wanted to branch out and try something else...but knowing these b*ggers i'll end up with another load of food they won't eat!!
