what do people here think of their food?

I had one GSD bitch with allergies to additives / colourings who did really well on it. The next GSD bitch it didn`t suit at all - she became very thin. She did better on Arden Grange.
It`s one of the better processed foods.

That might be true for their dog range (but even there I am not convinced - it might suit some dogs, even a lot of dogs but ingredients-wise it is somewhat challenged) but it certainly isn't true when it comes to their cat food imo.
