If you are after some good quality foods to include in your rotation that you can get in this shop then I personally would look at Petnatur, Macs, TigerCat and some catz finefood and granatapet as the occasional treat.

However, I'm wondering if the quality of this food is really that good as they add rice or potatoes what cats don't need as part of their diet. It's not stated how much rice / potatoes is in the can.
It depends on the flavour as to whether the food contains rice or potato. The one that CG linked to doesn't contain either. The kitten version contains the rice and another one that has potato in the title contains, well, potato. But true, they don't say how much of each they contain but I guess if one wanted to feed this food one could contact the manufacturer and enquire. Could be an acceptable amount.

From what I remember when I contacted them a while back, their food contains a whack of offal (ie. byproducts). Not bad in themselves but I am following my own yardsticks and this one didn't quite fullfil them.

Just having a look I def think I'll give macs and tigercat a go. Maybe petnatur too it just looks a bit more pricey.

I might try Bozita pate this time as well - when I do my next zooplus order. Boo's tummy is so much better since June that it might also be worth a go.

Petnatur is a little more pricey because it is partly organic (depending on what flavours you use) but really in this case your money buys you good food (whether they would like it is a different story though).

Can I ask why Granatapet should just be given as a treat? I thought it was complete.

Oh it is; just going easier on people's purses. That's all! Feel free to feed as often as you and your cat likes.
