Re: Oriental shorthair with Mega Colon

Thanks, Tibbythe cat. I took her off for 3 days after the runny poos and mega sensitive, which made her lose her appetite a bit. But will out her back on it and just use a pinch.

It's awful when they know what to expect and look at you like 'Why are you doing this?!'.

This site has given me much hope though and so glad i looked for help and advice - if i hadn't Ruby may not be with us as one option was to put her to sleep.

Thanks for the help

Katy

Re: Oriental shorthair with Mega Colon

I know, shame they cant tell you how they feel
We have reduced dizzys miralax to just under 1/8 tsp twice a day as his poop had become runnier than usual but i am relunctant to reduce more in case it all starts again.
Paddypaws mentioned the yahoo site, i would join that if you havent already.
Also if you have any questions no matter if they sound silly just ask.
I am now an expert in dizzys poo and his bum...what a wonderful life i lead!
