Is she able to clean herself or is she too old to reach? I'd be a little worried if she could lick the Sudocreme but if she can't then it may be a good thing. It's very soothing and mild (for babies bottoms of course)
I think we are going to sort out the bottom problems tomorrow.
We have left the cleaning as we have managed to get food down her and it's now been 8 hours since the first teaspoon full and it's stayed in.
we have not got any sudocreme but i have some vasoline that might have to do till the shops open.

Sudocreme would possibly be good to treat the soreness and help prevent any infection. Vaseline is just a barrier but this would still be useful. It won't help with treating it but once it's clean and dry you could put it on to help protect.

Us pet owners must be mad discussing this on Christmas eve. Hehe!
Hope she's on the mend then, sounds promising
