Well i've just filleted and boned a 3lb trout and poached it for the fur kids, once it was cooked i flaked the all the flesh and let it cool . oh boy did they enjoy that!! theres half of it left now so they can have more tomorrow, ...hehehehe now i have a great reason to go fishing, i can tell Sue im off to get the cats a trout hahahaha
