We found Abby (who had had a litter of 4 kittens before we got her) has become much more playful since we got McGee. She did try to play with the OAP's but they weren't interested. Since McGee came along though, it / she has been wonderful. 2 young cats the same age is just SO much fun.

Yes, she is the only cat, although she does swipe the dog's sides sometimes when they pass her to instigate play but my dogs don’t react to her, but that may be because I have trained the dogs to leave her.
I did say only last night that I would like to get another cat so Mika has a playmate, but my OH said NO, no way.
When we had the kittens I wanted to keep them both but my OH wouldn’t have it. I then suggested we keep at least one, but he was adamant we couldn’t keep another cat. He has compromised though and said when we move to a bigger house, we could perhaps have a look for another cat then. Cant wait to move now!
