What is the NM adult like - is it chunks?
Feed both over a period of two weeks, she was about 4 months old when i did this. Adult is also a pate, so she had no probs with it.

Re: Changing from kitten food to adult food

our 2 cats have been on adult food since they were spayed at 6 months old, it was vets who told me leaving them on kitten food after being spayed they would put weight on.

Same brand transition from kitten-adult is not usually going to be a problem since they mostly have the same ingredients anyway and you can definitely swap them over quickly. It's when you are swapping textures and brands you have to watch out for.
