I found a ceramics artist who makes cat statues and I sent her photos of my cats, so she could make them in the likeness of my cats.
I order them from Irene Maas in Alkmaar in the Netherlands, but I am sure there are artists in the UK, too, who can make statues to order.

You could make enquiries with this artist, for instance, maybe they also make cat statues from photos...
