me too especially with what they pump into mass produced meat, is not proper meat in the end. I appreciate for a lot of folks, challenge of wanting to get quality meat and at the same time having to make ends meet especially those with families to feed, is not possible.

The flip of the coin is, because there is no directive from the people at the top where I don't believe they have the interest of the nation's health at heart, local small suppliers are being pushed to compromise their vision to stay ethical in this climate to keep up with the big fish and to survive the choppy waters so to speak, is incredibly sad

I'm vegetarian so haven't had to think about meat production for myself for a long time but the making of cat food is a massive and difficult ethical issue really. I've been trying not to think about it as the cats need their high meat cat foods
