Bugs at vets today.....

the last couple of days I have noticed a slight discharge from Bugs' neuter sight.... now he was neutered about 6-7 weeks ago.... so I was wondering what it was. Any way today I had a quick check and he seemed to have a thick puss coming from it.... I was straight onto the vets and he has a half two appointment today so just waiting to see what it is. Mind you I was thinking he was going to have to go to vets as he keeps eating the fosters cat food that is too rich for him and he has had the slight runs for the past couple of days

Will let you all know how he gets on!!

Re: Bugs at vets today.....

Well I am back and feel so sorry for Bugs...... it wasnt anything to do with his neuter..... IT WAS A BITE ABCESS!!!! It has obviously popped today hence seeing the hard puss and the vet had to check his poor penis wasnt damaged!!!!!!

Poor baby is on 5 days worth of antibiotics and then 5 days worth of probiotic powder as his upset tummy the vet thinks is due to him licking the bacteria of the bite wound!!

I only noticed it for two reasons, he is black so the white liquid was noticable... and he is always shoving his bottom in my face!!!!
