Bald Patch

Hi Guys

Of late i have normally been posting about our new rescue dog, but this time its the cat that has me worried.

Willow is 4 years old extremely fluffy tabby. Monday night i was cooking tea and something registered in my brain that something wasnt quite right. She was extremely wide eyed, and when she heard Meg (dog) she was really leaning in her bed to see where she was (worried look about her)... She was also wet around her chest like she had been cleaning herself.. but again that didnt seem quite right.

When i finally went over to her to stroke her i realised she was NOT OK... she was floping to one side she was damp with either sweat or saliva and when i tryed to lift her she whined due to being in pain..

So straight to the vets we went!!
when we got there she was absolutely FINE!!! she was walking with a SLIGHT limp but very aware and jumping up and down off the vet table.. The vet gave Willow a pain killer injection and charged me £114 for the pleasure (i went at 9pm)

So today, two days later, Willow is absolutely fine.. BAR a bald patch on the back of her neck i am guessing where the vet gave her the injection. When i first saw her this morning she was scratching and it was a scratch that i could tell was massively satisfying for her.

Is there anything i can put on her neck that is itch relieving but cat friendly?

Just for your info we do think a dog has had a go at her.. but it wasnt our Meg as Meg too was under the weather that day and had not budged from her bed...
