Question When to Worm...?

Hi, I just wondered, my kitten was given Drontal 2 weeks ago, and his prescription is for another dose in 3 months time, the vet said he could do it the same time I get him neutered! However, in the past few days he is showing some signs which could indicate worms again (softish, smellyish poos) and not eating as much as usual. This could also be due to teething, as he has replaced wet food with crunchies, which could also be causing the softish smelly poos. Gave him fresh chicken last night, which he loved! He is absolutely fine in himself, but last time he had similar symptoms, the Drontal really sorted him out, so I just wondered if he should be wormed again...?

I don't understand the bold bit? What are crunchies, and who has replaced wet food with them?
