arrrrrgggghhhhhh

i could cry, im getting so confused with ordering my kittens food.

i want to feed her well but cannot buy the food that is around £5 for the small 6 x 70g pouches, apart from that i will spend in the middle area.

what is porta 21 and cosma like? and if its ok then.......

can i rotate animonda and smilla at the same time as porta21 and cosma or are these foods not similar enough, therefore will upset her tummy???

im still having such trouble, ive been on zooplus for an hour now so far i have in my trolley..

Animonda Carny Kitten 6 x 200 g
- Beef and Turkey Heart

Assorted Taster Pack: Smilla Fish Pot
- 6 x 185 g with 4 different varieties

pleeeeaaasssse help, i really need to get this order in, im so awful at descisions.

xxx

edit, ok ive just seen porta21 is a complementary food, so im back at square 1

Re: arrrrrgggghhhhhh

You can order whatever you like and once she is used to that food you can rotate it with as many brands as you like.

Also, there is no need to feed a kitten 'kitten' food

I use animonda carny, smilla and bozita

Re: arrrrrgggghhhhhh

First up, stick with your Animonda Kitten food - it's 20p cheaper than buying the adult equivalent although you CAN feed good quality adult food to kittens.

Smilla Meat pots & Fish Pots are both very good.

Bozita tins are also very good although only come in 410g tins so would feed for 2 days.

I feed all of the above, on the same day, to my bunch. Once the tummies adapt to the better quality food, you SHOULD be able to feed all of the above without having to wean the kitts onto it. Although, all cats are different and some need gentle introductions to each food stuff.

Does that help at all?

Re: arrrrrgggghhhhhh

Get some Bozita. I haven't used the cans but the tetrapaks are just over £1 for 370g - there's a "taster" 6 pack as well for the pate varieties (considered the highest meat content but I feed the others too).

Mutley and Mog have the Bozita tetrapaks in a 16 pack where you can choose flavours (not much use to you yet but I'll be picking the favourite flavours for my lot from my next order onwards ).

It should also get to you a bit quicker than Zooplus.
