Flea and worm treatment recommendations

I have been using panacur worming granuals for my 13 week old kitten and was also planning to buy effipro flea spot on when she needs the flea treatment.

Does anyone know if these are any good or have any recommendations. I want something that i can get online or in a pet shop but obviously i want something that works, not bob martin!!!
