My M&M orders have both cost £4.50 postage (the orders were around £30). The second one arrived in less than 24 hours - I'd rather pay that than wait five or six days for a poorly packed Zooplus order that goes to the wrong address!

What's the issue with dented tins? Surely you're buying them for their contents, not their appearence.

Re: Grau: Does Anyone Have Any?

I've had an email back, Rachel says she doesn't think this will be a quick thing as she's had no response from either Grau or Animonda as yet. She says she's actively pursuing it but it might not be a quick thing. Just keeping you all in the loop, if anyone else wants to express an interest that can't do any harm - I just used the contact email on the M&M site.

Re: Grau: Does Anyone Have Any?

I emailed her last night too, and she told me the same thing. Let's hope she wins her battle!

Dented tins: It's not the appearance that's the issue. It's the fact that a dented tin has a very real risk of being contaminated. Dents can split the tin, and when that happens, bacteria get in. I wouldn't eat any food myself that came from a dented tin, and I won't feed it to the cats either.

That's good - if anyone else is interested in ordering Animonda/Grau from a UK supplier (or the Bozita tins for that matter) an email to Rachel probably wouldn't hurt

Cats have a far more sensitive sense of smell than humans, they can tell if food is off and won't eat it.

We're going to have to agree to disagree on that point, but regardless, they shouldn't be selling dented tins when a perfect product has been paid for.

Re: Grau: Does Anyone Have Any?

I totally agree - for me there's too much wrong with the packaging @ Zooplus (ie it's non existent) not to mention the extremely rude customer services woman who told me it was my fault they'd failed to put the postcode on my (very expensive) package which had been delivered to somewhere else.

I'd prefer to give my money to a company with fabulous customer service, perfect packaging and a brilliant courier company who are keen to order in the food brands I want. It's a no brainer for me.
