Hi guys, just wondering how long is the usual time period for giving this for treatment of diarohea (can't spell tonight!!!)

Poor Toby has a bit of an upset tum again today - he had to have a bath earlier which he really didn't like - I am going to starve him tonight and maybe give him a bit of boiled chicken tomorrow but I thought maybe I should give him some pro kolin just to try and ease his tummy.

I normally give it for about 3 days or I give Canakur for 2 days.

Hi Lou, I was looking for canakur but all I could find was packs of tablets which were for dogs?

Is there a special place to buy cat ones or are they suitable for both?

Poor little guy is sat on my knee right now trying to lick himself dry - but also making sure he soaks me as much as possible too!!!

I wouldn't want to tell you wrong but I use the Canikur tablets (which are huge!) and I crush one up per cat per day, bearing in mind my cats are huge!

I would check with the vet but pro-kolin is just as good too.

ok, well I will give the pro kolin a go but I have had to mail order it so hopefully it will be here in a few days. I will keep him on bland food for a few days.
