Haggis is being sick after eating

My little kitten-boy Haggis, who will be 14 weeks on Tuesday, seems to be a bit 'off colour'. He won't touch cat food, and if he eats anything else (last night I gave him a bit of beef mince) he is then sick. He also has a runny tummy. He is drinking a lot of water as well which must be good for his fluids. However, he is still very playful and there is no change in his character.

Now a few things which I wonder could be the cause;

the shower tray tends to fill up with water when the shower is used and yesterday, I caught him drinking the water - bear in mind this water is the remnants of a shower - so shampoo, shower gel etc.;

He still likes to suckle on his Mum and I can tell Porridge is getting a bit fed up with it now as she tries to walk off everytime he starts to suckle. So I bought some 'cat milk' to try and stop him annoying Porridge. Both of them like it, but I'm not sure whether this might be the cause of his sickness?

Also, I treated him for ear mites the other evening and I'm not sure whether the ointment has made him sick.

Basically the three things mentioned all co-inside with him now being sick and having a dodgy tummy. I am going to take him to the vets tomorrow, it is closed today, but in the meantime is there anything that I can do to help him?

Any advise will be gratefully received.

Re: Haggis is being sick after eating

Pop him onto a bland diet of boiled chicken - use the water from boiling the chicken as stock to add to his food. This should help settle both his tummy and his bottom - very small but very regular meals. Hope the trip to the vets goes okay.

Thank you Spid, I will try that. Hate to see my little boy being sick.
