Has anyone got/read this book?

Written by an exerienced vet and cat breeder, it's a fantastic read about cat health in general and has lots about the outlandish claims the dry food manufacturers make and how little testing has actually been done. It basically says that these foods are being tested on our cats without the knowledge of either us or our vets.

It has lots of info on high meat wet diets and safe raw feeding - and how to read food labels so that you can make educated choices about the food you feed.

I'm an avid reader generally and I own lots of cat books - most are basic and contain misleading or outdated info but this is probably the best cat health book I've read. It might not have anything new for those who are already aware of the wet/dry debate and how to choose high quality but it's excellent for those of us who are learning!

This arrived this morning, and I've just finished reading it cover to cover. What a great read, and I'd recommend it to any cat owner.
