Best food for an elderly cat.

I have a 17.5 year old British Cream and for her age she is doing well.
A couple of weeks ago while i was on Holiday the cat sitter said that she had been sick a few times.
So over the last few days we have noticed it has been in the mornings. Also she has been constipated.
We took her to the vets yesterday and she had a good check over.
She gave her an enema poor girl. which soon did the trick
The vet said that at her age the digestive system is not so good and so needs lighter foods such as chicken or white fish.
Is there anything else that we could try her on.
She is not that keen on chicken although i put some gravy with it tonight and she eat it.
She loves fish fingers without the bread crumbs. Also likes white fillet of fish.
Does anybody recomend any prepared cat food as sometimes i have to go to work at odd hours of the night and wouldn't always have the time to cook chicken or fish.
Hope someone can give me a few tips xx
