Gimpet shiny cat?

Was just having a browse on zooplus and was wondering if anybody feeds the above? The boys are currently on Animonda carny, Applaws & Purely 'scrummy yummy' would really like to replace the applaws as it's not complete & really expensive compared to the other brands i feed. If you do feed it what do your cats think of it? my boys are'nt very fussy, will eat pretty much anything put in front of them Also is it a complete food? i can't work it out

Re: Gimpet shiny cat?

Have you tried some of the the other brands on zooplus like Grau or Bozita? I noticed the Shinycat the other day and to be honest I don't rate it, it is very low on fat which is not good for cats and they don't give the nutrient breakdown for the kitten food so cant tell if that is any better.

The only minerals they have information on is taurine and vitamin E, the taurine seems low ro me but then not very many brands have enough taurine in them but i wouldn't want to give a food where they don't give you enough information (this may just be down to zooplus not putting it all on the site).
