They finally got some grain free Grau and Macs in the 800g sizes, so I have lots of big tins coming my way (and some granatapet to boot!)

I hope you have more luck than me! I placed my order on 2nd September. I still don't have it yet. I didn't get a tracking number sent to me (I didn't realise they were meant to send one) so couldn't check on it. I got an email from them a couple of days ago to say the delivery people had told them I had rejected the delivery!! I got the tracking number today - according to their website we told them on 7th that we didn't want it, but they certainly didn't come here. The website said it went out for delivery again today, but it still didn't arrive. Floyds told them to call me if they were having problems finding my house but they didn't call me. I've never had a problem with a delivery company finding my house before either.

It's not Floyds fault of course, but I won't be making another order.

What delivery company was bringing it to you?

I have a good relationship with my parcelforce and RM man, hopefully itll come through them. PF man moans about my huge parcels but I give him cake so it all works out :P

Floyds is sent by DPD who imo are one of the best couriers going, down to the fact they actually give you an hourly delivery slot so you know when to be home. My last Floyds order was placed on Friday morning and arrived on Monday afternoon, can't beat it. And as for the packaging.. The woman must have a) a lot of time and patience and b) OCD.

Sounds good to me! Got £15 back off zooplus from my last order as my grau was badly dented, a few cans of Animonda were too and the litter was split open as I lifted it off the Bozita (luckily only a little spilled before I could tape it up!) Honestly I dont mind AL that much as Ive got it 'for free' and its not split so its useable. if they were less easy to get refunds out of I might be a bit more peeved!

Good to know that Daniela is good with her packaging as I want this all to get here in one piece!

It is 10.50 euros for 30kg and under

There was a small fee for paypal BUT I got a discount of practically the same amount as the fee (possibly for spending over a certain amount? My order was a little over 80euro.)
