Cat is sick

Hi, 1 of my cats is sick i would say 2 times a day. Took her to the vet and they gave her worm tablets, but she is still being sick, again i took her to the vet and they gave me this paste saying its fur balls again its not worked and the only thing going to the vet is doing is burning a hole in my purse, not saying that my baby is not worth it ofcourse she is but they dont seem to know, so would anyone have a idea of what it could be? I hate seeing my baby like that. Shes still the same her weight is the same shes not up or down, i dont put out much food for her so shes not over eatting, what could it be??

Re: Cat is sick

How old is she and how long has this been going on? Have you changed her food recently?

May be worth taking her off her current food and putting her on a bland diet - say of cooked white fish and cooked chicken (could add some cooked white rice with it) for say 2-3 days and see if this stops her vomiting? You could then slowly reintroduce her food. If she starts vomiting again then you know it is probably an allergy to whatever she is eating now. Have you tried her onto a "sensitive" food or "hairball" food?

Yes, I'm surprised the vet hasn't mentioned diet. What are you currently feeding her? Agree with Chinablue about putting her on a more bland diet for a few days.

Hope she's better soon!
