White meat

My kittens are fine at the moment, but I was just wondering - you know when your kitten has got diarrhoea and the thing to do is to reduce their normal food and give them chicken or white fish, well what about turkey, is this ok?

I can remember a long time ago when my mum took our dog to the vets because it had the runs and the vet recommended giving only white meat or white fish.

Thoughts on turkey? Wonder what is so good about chicken that it seems to settle their stomachs?
