need some help

i believe my friend is not looking after her cat and i really do not know what to do.
the cat is a few weeks of from giving birth and she is not in the house she lets her out side for hours and for last three weeks at the weekend she as gone to stay at her mums whilst the cat is left outside (shes away for 2 to 4 days) she says her friend is feeding the cat but you never see this what shell i do please help

Well I would tell her what she needs to be doing, e keeping it inside and being with her 24 hours (as well as spaying after birth etc) but you cannot force people to be responsible, sadly.
