Exclamation Just to say...

...that I have deleted the info in the A-Z list guys.

I am really sorry but it was getting outdated and I have currently neither the time nor frankly the inclination to update it. Because of recent changes in labelling regulations, and the fact that quite a few manufacturers took the opportunity to change their recipes, I honestly don't have the time to chase them regarding the info that I have previously provided in those lists AGAIN. Anyone interested, please email the manufacturers about their product directly.

However, should I find myself with some spare time at one point I will collect the info on a separate website (as I had always planned to do anyhow) and as a searchable database. Should I ever get round to doing that then I will let you know.

Sorry.

Re: Just to say...

Sorry to hear that, I found it very useful, hopefully I have retained enough of it to make good choices about feeding our cats (the raw/Animonda diet seems to be going very well, the cats are really enjoying their food & though its early days, I'm keeping fingers crossed they will do well on it)
Thankyou for taking the time & effort, you have helped many of us

Re: Just to say...

It's a shame as I found that thread brilliant. I realise the amount of hard work that takes to update a thread like that so understand it's not something that can be easily done - maybe a few of us could do some each?

Just want to say thanks so much for creating it; it must have taken ages but my cats certainly have a much better diet because of all the info & I am much more aware of what to look for & the brands available

Hey guys, if you want to have a copy of the list with the not yet updated info in a pdf than pm me your email address and I will ping it over to you guys.

Chleo, I might just take you up on that offer when I find the oompf again to approach the manufacturers and their inevitable PR machine.

Re: Just to say...

In that case, it was a pleasure actually being around at the right time for once (I normally jump on these bandwagons after the occasion) and being able to utilise such a useful thread my gangs foodie future looks considerably brighter because of it!

Thanks for the time and effort you put into it Hobbs, it didn't go unnoticed (I'm also sure Daniela at Floyds would like to thank you for her increase in business! )

Re: Just to say...

My boys also benefited a lot from it, so a big thanks from me too

If you find some time and want a hand with creating a database, then I'd be happy to do the leg work of contacting the manufacturers and getting the information into the database but the expert analysis / commentary is a bit beyond me atm

Re: Just to say...

could I have a copy of your list will PM you at some point this weekend with my email (cant use PMs for some reason from phone).

If you do decide to do it again. I'll happily email some manufacturers for you. My cats owe their diet to you (although I'm not sure the chair cushion which one is currently chewing was on the A-Z ).
